      Mt.26:28 1 Cor.15:3; 2 Cor.5:21
5. "Resurrection of Jesus Christ" Mt.28:6; Lk.24:39; 1 Cor.15:4
     This is the basis of the Christian Faith.
     Less than 2% of the people in the U.S. believe this:

than 1% of the total population would be in church.

WHAT IS A CHRISTIAN?
Christian means, Christ-like: One who is like Jesus. Who sticks close, follows, lives and abides in Jesus!
Christ dwells in us, and we dwell in Him! Jn.14:20;15:4,5; 6:56;

The New Testament followers of Christ are called:
 1. Christians. Ac.11:26
     Peter accepted the name Christian as in itself the basis of persecution.
     1 Pet.4:16
 2. “Servants (slaves) Rom.1:1;Jas.1:1; 2 Pet.1:1; Jude 1:1;Rev.1:1
 3. "Brethren" Ac.14:2
 4. “Disciples”  Ac.6:1,2  
 5. “Saints” Ac.:13 Rom.1:7; 1 Cor.1:2
      A saint is person that is separated or dedicated unto God, and
      therefore removed from secular “the world’s” use.
 6. “Believers”1 Tim.4:12
 7. “Church of God” Ac.20:28

To the first Christians, their own name didn't matter to them at all.
Their concern was with the one name of Jesus Christ. Ac.3:16; 4:10,12; 5:28
